Rachelle loves details. She experiments with the small parts, the adjustments, the hidden, and changes of perspective in order to understand the whole. She's had wanderlust from birth, but currently calls Ireland home. On occasion, she's a fairy. On occasion, an explorer with dirty boots.
Writing is her love. Yoga is her everyday. She's fascinated by the world, but more specifically bodies and their cells, and balance, and peanut butter. She has explored movement through various means such as jumping from high places into water, tree climbing, and the many years she has dedicated to dances of the Middle East. She is 200hour certified and is currently in her 500hour teacher training with Yoga Therapy Ireland.
As a teacher, she explores the waves, the details, the epic realizations that lie within the hidden. She encourages her students to experience the minute adjustments to gain their epiphanies. She loves watching souls burst into life. Rachelle is highly affected by many things. The list includes wind, salt water, sprouts, and Alan Watts.
A particular Watts quote that inspires her: "The real you is not a puppet which life pushes around. You are something that the whole universe is doing. In the same way that a wave is something that the whole ocean is doing.
