You can cancel your booking at any time and notification must be given to The Better Place Collective/Supersoul.Yoga in writing by sending an email to info@supersoul.yoga
Regardless of the reason for the cancellation, the cancellation fee will be calculated as follows:
- 500EUR deposits are non-refundable
- In the event you have to cancel, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply:
- Cancellation less then 45 days before the retreat, 0% refund
- Cancellation more than 45 days before the retreat, 50% refund
- A 6% package price administration fee applies to all refunds.
- We reserve the right to cancel the Event in all circumstances. In the unlikely event of cancellation we will refund 100% of the money received by each client in a maximum of 15 working days from notifying you of the cancellation.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any expenses or damages, either direct or consequential, incurred as a result of a trip cancellation including but not limited to preparation costs, visa costs, airline tickets, travel documents, vaccination charges, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes or any other expenses.
- We recommend you to get coverage through travel insurance for these unforeseen circumstances.
The Better Place Collective/Supersoul.Yoga reserves the right to cancel the event if fewer than 8 participants have signed up by the date mentioned in the information document. In such circumstances, the participants will be informed promptly and registration monies reimbursed. Any travel costs will not be reimbursed.
